Refund and Exchange Terms 退換貨條款

  • No return or refund after goods sold out.
  • If the goods need to be exchanged due to defects or other problems, please keep the original receipts and contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods.
  • If you choose express delivery, "Natural Skin Pretty" is not responsible for the loss or damage caused by the transportation.
  • All original packaging must be kept for product replacement.
  • "Natural Skin Pretty" reserves the right to change the terms of exchange without prior notice.
